• 01. Accepted the commission of CNPC Guangzhou Sales Company (hereinafter referred to as CNPC Guangzhou Company) as the agent of CNPC Guangzhou Company, handling the plaintiff (counterclaim defendant) Economic Union of Keziling Village, Jingtai Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou Between the China Petroleum Corporation (the counterclaim plaintiff), the litigation of the contractual management rights and land use rights disputes at the Keziling Wanfeng Gas Station. The litigation process lasted for two years, and only four trials were held in the first trial phase. In the end, after the trial was won, the second trial was still maintained.
